What is the best photo to use?

A clear, well-lit photo where your pet is looking towards the camera works best. Side profiles and candid shots can also work very well.

Can you paint a pet that has passed away?

Yes, and we handle these orders with particular care. An old photo is perfectly fine to work from.

How long does it take?

Most pet portrait orders are ready within 3 to 5 working days. Framed prints take a little longer.

Can I see a preview first?

Yes. We always send a digital proof for your approval before printing anything.
