Where we deliver

We currently deliver only to addresses in the United Kingdom. We do not offer international delivery.

Delivery charges

• Orders below £100: £9.95 standard UK delivery.
• Orders of £100 or more: free standard UK delivery.
• Collection from our Maidstone studio: free, when agreed with us.

The applicable delivery charge is shown before payment.

Preparation and delivery estimates

Most orders require 3–5 working days to prepare because they are personalised or made to order. Once the order is ready, we normally dispatch it with Royal Mail. Royal Mail delivery is estimated at approximately two working days after dispatch.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Bespoke framing, unusually large work, delayed proof approval, image-quality questions or circumstances outside our reasonable control can take longer. We will contact you if we expect a material delay.

Address accuracy and delivery problems

Please check the delivery address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at giftlyartprint@gmail.com or WhatsApp/phone +44 7445 250 359. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

If a parcel arrives damaged, is incorrect or has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch, contact us and include the order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable UK consumer law.
