Shipping & Delivery

All orders are produced by hand in our studio in Maidstone, Kent. Because every item is made to order, please allow the following processing and delivery times.

Processing Times

Most orders are printed, finished and dispatched within 2–5 working days. Larger or more complex items (framed prints, custom sizes, photo restorations) may take up to 7 working days. We will contact you if your order requires additional time.

All delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order.

Packaging

Unframed prints are carefully rolled in acid-free tissue and shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes. Framed prints and glass items are wrapped with protective corners, bubble wrap and double-walled cardboard to ensure they arrive safely. Small items (mugs, magnets, desk accessories) are individually wrapped and boxed.

European & International Delivery

We ship to Europe and selected international destinations. European delivery typically takes 5–7 working days after dispatch. For international enquiries, please email us at giftlyartprint@gmail.com for a shipping quote before placing your order.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately.

Delivery Problems

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at giftlyartprint@gmail.com. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
