Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something is not right, please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve it.
Our Quality Guarantee
Every item is checked by hand before leaving our studio. If a product arrives damaged, faulty or does not match what you ordered, we will reprint, replace or refund it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photograph of the issue.
Made-to-Order & Personalised Items
Because the majority of our products are made to order, personalised or custom-produced, they are exempt from the standard right of return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(b)). This includes fine art prints, framed prints, personalised gifts, photo restorations and any item produced to your specification.
We cannot accept returns for personalised or made-to-order items unless they are faulty or not as described.
Standard (Non-Personalised) Items
For non-personalised, off-the-shelf items, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with UK consumer law. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Please email us at giftlyartprint@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within one working day.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of any other terms stated here.
