These terms apply to orders placed with GiftlyArtPrint, a trading name of UV Photography Ltd, company number 14844450. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Products, proofs and personalised work

Our products are personalised or made to the customer's specifications. You are responsible for checking names, dates, wording, image selection, dimensions and other instructions before approving a proof or confirming an order. Screen colours can differ from printed materials, and paper, frame and finish samples can vary slightly because of manufacturing tolerances and natural materials.

Where we provide a digital proof, production begins after approval. If we identify a resolution, cropping or production concern, we may pause the order and contact you.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. UV Photography Ltd is not VAT registered, so VAT is not added to our prices. Delivery is charged separately where applicable and is shown before payment. Orders below £100 have £9.95 standard UK delivery; orders of £100 or more qualify for free standard UK delivery.

Payment is handled through Shopify's secure checkout and the payment methods displayed there. An order is accepted when we send confirmation or begin the agreed work. We may decline and refund an order that cannot be produced safely or lawfully.

Customer content and intellectual property

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use and reproduce, every photograph, artwork, logo, design, name and other item you provide. You grant us a limited permission to process that material only to quote for, proof, produce, deliver and support your order. You remain responsible for third-party intellectual-property and privacy rights.

We will not knowingly produce unlawful, abusive or infringing material. We may refuse a request where we reasonably believe production would breach the law or another person's rights.

Cancellation, returns and faults

You may cancel for a full refund before production begins. Once production has begun, personalised and custom-made products cannot normally be cancelled or returned because of a change of mind. This exception does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect. See our Refund Policy for the full process.

Preparation and delivery

Most orders require 3–5 working days to prepare. We then normally use Royal Mail, with delivery estimated at approximately two working days after dispatch. We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom. Estimates are not guaranteed dates, although we will act with reasonable care and tell you about material delays.

Hahnemühle certification and materials

GiftlyArtPrint is a Hahnemühle Gold Certified Studio. Individual product descriptions identify the paper or material included in that product. Alternative materials will not be substituted without agreement where the named stock is an essential part of the order.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of applicable consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate customer instructions, material supplied without permission, or events outside our reasonable control, except to the extent the law requires otherwise.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in another UK jurisdiction where applicable. Questions or complaints should be sent to giftlyartprint@gmail.com.
