These terms and conditions govern your use of the GiftlyArtPrint website (www.giftlyartprint.co.uk) and any purchases you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About Us

GiftlyArtPrint is a trading name of UV Photography Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14844450). Our studio is located at Royal Star Arcade, Unit 24–25, High Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 1JL, United Kingdom.

Orders & Pricing

All prices on our website are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of all costs. UV Photography Ltd is not VAT registered; no VAT is charged on any order.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason. Your order is confirmed when we send a confirmation email.

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices are correct at the time of publication. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will inform you and offer you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Image Quality & Colour Accuracy

We print using professional colour-managed equipment and Hahnemühle certified papers. However, colours on screen may differ from the final print due to variations in monitor settings and calibration.

For custom print orders, we will check your image file for resolution and suitability. If the file does not meet our minimum quality requirements, we will contact you before proceeding. We are not responsible for quality issues arising from low-resolution or poorly prepared source files.

Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order, including spelling, dates and image selection. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

If you spot an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we will do our best to make the correction at no extra charge.

Intellectual Property

All images, text, designs and other content on this website are the property of UV Photography Ltd or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written consent.

When you upload images for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to those images or have permission to reproduce them. We are not liable for any copyright infringement arising from customer-supplied files.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that transaction.
