After ordering, email your photos to giftlyartprint@gmail.com with your order number. We accept JPEG and PNG at the highest resolution you have. We confirm receipt within a few hours.

Always. We send you a free digital proof by email before anything is printed, so you can check the photo, layout and any text. You can request changes at no extra cost, and nothing is printed until you are happy.

Every gift is made to order in our Maidstone studio. Once you have approved your proof, it is printed, finished and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.

Yes. You can personalise your gift with a name, a date or a short message. Just let us know the wording when you send your photos, and we will include it in your proof for approval.

Prints are on Hahnemuhle cotton rag 308gsm, a fine art archival paper. Frames are solid ash wood with 2mm clear acrylic and a D-ring hanging system, finished by hand and ready to hang.

We have designs for eight occasions, including gifts for Mum, Dad, weddings, anniversaries, new babies, birthdays, graduations and family keepsakes. Each occasion has its own range of designs to personalise with your photos.

Yes. Simply enter the recipient's address at checkout. Add gift wrapping and we will take care of the rest, so it arrives ready to give.

We check every photo before printing. If it is not quite sharp enough for the size you have chosen, we will let you know and suggest the best option, so your finished gift always looks its best.
