Returns & Refunds Policy

At Giftly Art Print, we take great pride in producing high-quality, personalised art prints and handcrafted frames. As many of our products are made to order, our returns and refunds policy reflects the bespoke nature of our work and complies with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

Most of our products are custom-made specifically for you, often featuring customer-supplied images, names, dates, or bespoke size and framing selections.

Change of Mind

Under UK consumer law, the right to cancel does not apply to personalised or made-to-order items. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these products unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

2. Non-Personalised Items

For standard, non-customised products:

  Return Period: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  
• 
  Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  
• 
  Return Postage: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-faulty items. We recommend using a tracked service.
  

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match your order details:

• 
  Notification: Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
  
• 
  Evidence: Include clear photographs showing the damage or fault, including the outer packaging, along with your order number.
  
• 
  Resolution: Once confirmed, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund, in accordance with your statutory rights.
  

This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4. Refunds

• 
  Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
  
• 
  Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
