Personalised and Made-to-Order Items

Each of our products is printed and framed to order, often with customer-specific photos, names, dates, or messages. For this reason:
for personalised or custom-made items unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Non-Personalised Products

For non-customised items (e.g., standard prints or unpersonalised accessories):

14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
