What quality does my photo need to be?
Most smartphone photos work well. The main thing is that the faces are clear and in focus. If your photo is not quite right, we will let you know before we begin.
Can I see a preview before it is printed?
Yes. We send a digital proof for your approval before printing anything. You will have the chance to request changes at that stage.
How long does it take?
Most orders are ready within 3 to 5 working days. Framed prints take a little longer. We always aim to work faster where we can.
Is it suitable as a gift?
We can add gift wrapping for 6.95. Personalised orders are non-returnable, but any print with a defect is covered by our lifetime guarantee.
