"I brought in a RAW file of a landscape I shot in Iceland. The fine art print on German Etching paper is breathtaking -- the texture brings out every detail. Far better than any online lab I've used."

"Ordered a canvas of our wedding photo. The colour accuracy is stunning -- exactly what was on my screen. Riva checked my file first and suggested a slight crop improvement. Exceptional service."

"Luster photo prints for a family album project -- 4050cm, absolutely perfect. The detail, the depth, the finish. I've tried five different print labs and this is the best by far."

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to
know before you print

We recommend 150-300 DPI at your chosen print size. For a 3040cm print, that means a file of at least 18002400 pixels at 150 DPI. We always check your file before printing and will advise if resolution is a concern.
We use professionally calibrated equipment and ICC colour profiles for accurate colour reproduction. However, slight variations can occur due to differences in screen brightness and calibration. If colour accuracy is critical, we recommend supplying an sRGB file.
Fine Art prints use heavyweight cotton-based papers (310gsm+) with a textured or smooth surface -- designed for artwork, illustrations and photography collections. Photo prints use thinner photographic papers with a glossy, luster or matte finish -- ideal for family photos, events and portraits.
Yes -- we can print virtually any custom size up to 110cm wide on our wide-format printer. WhatsApp or email us your dimensions and we'll provide a quote.
You can send files via WhatsApp (up to 100MB), email to giftlyartprint@gmail.com, WeTransfer link, or bring a USB/SD card to our studio.
Yes -- always. Send us your file before ordering and we'll check resolution, colour profile and crop at no charge. We'd rather flag an issue before printing than have you disappointed with the result.
All our prints use archival pigment inks certified to last 75-100+ years without fading when displayed out of direct sunlight. Hahnemühle fine art papers carry the longest archival ratings in the industry.
